She fails miserably in her attempt at all identities, and being without a clich to hold onto can be a lonely experience.

Coming of age in the 1960s, his libido was excessive even by the libertine standards of the era, with multiple wives and lovers, both women and men. In August 1972, he attempted to rob a Brooklyn bank to finance his lover’s sex reassignment surgery. The act resulted in a fourteen hour hostage situation that was broadcast on TV. Three years later Al Pacino portrayed his crime in Dog Day Afternoon.

Mala Mala Puerto Rico/2013 The vibrant trans community in Puerto Rico is beautifully captured in Dan Sickles and Antonio Santini’s documentary Mala Mala. Featuring colorful and diverse subjects from sex workers, rights advocates, and a group of drag performers called The Doll House seeking fame, this investigative piece highlights the triumphs and pit falls of a community breaking into mainstream culture. A triumph of cinematography, Mala Mala creates a dreamy world of hot Latin nights combined with personal hopes, resulting in a mesmerizing experience. It provided subscribers with news and erotica (in German, French, and English), "artistic" physique pictorials, and perhaps most importantly a sense of community. The magazine’s sumptuous galas helped give Zrich a reputation as the gay capital of Europe. At one of these balls, in 1958, closeted schoolteacher Ernst Ostertag meets local drag celebrity Rbi Rapp. This encounter is the beginning of a love affair that endures July 15, 2014: in 2007, Ostertag and Rapp became Switzerland’s first same sex civil partners. The film follows their relationship and the challenges faced by the controversial magazine after a gay prostitute murders a prominent client, igniting press hysteria and police crackdowns that threaten to end Zrich’s era of freedom.

The 10 Year Plan USA/2013 The 10 Year Plan is a classic romantic comedy that tells the story of Myles and Brody two friends who make a pact to be together if neither finds love in ten years’ time. Two months shy of their deadline, both friends try to avoid ending up as each other’s last resort.

Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island Traveller Reviews

My sister, her 18 year old daughter I recently stayed at the RIU to celebrate my niece’s high school graduation. We did a good bit of research before booking, and despite a number of negative reviews, decided to book anyway. We went to our room on the 12th floor and discovered that our room was TINY. The pictures on the website make it appear as if there are two at least queen sized beds (if not 2 kings!). Not exactly. There were two large twin sized mattresses, pushed together to make a largish king sized bed. Yep, you’re thinking ahead: there was no room for our 3rd person. We called the front desk to ask for a rollaway, which they brought to our room . smelling like a sweaty 20 year old boy on a binge. We complained, and to their credit they quickly brought us fresh linens. Even without the rollaway, though, the room was teeny. Seriously. Doll sized. I know it’s a tropical location, but it was as if the door to the balcony had been left open for days. Even the sheets seemed somewhat damp. It did not smell moldy or anything (hallelujah!), but the room the bed linens, sheets, carpet, everything, was damp. Well, . that’s really a double edged sword. The drinking age in the Bahamas is 18, so there were a lot of kids there, celebrating as we were with my niece their high school graduation. Unfortunately, they hadn’t brought their parents, so there were a LOT of drunks. And kids hooking up. And other activities of which their parents wouldn’t approve. In public. With without being fully clothed. My sister is a scotch snob, and she ended up buying a bottle of single malt in the hotel’s convenience store because she couldn’t get anything decent from the bar. I wasn’t altogether displeased with the liquor choices (I’m not a snob just like to get my drink on responsibly, of course), but the wine was rotten. To be fair, I also found this to be the case in Mexico. Red wine, in particular, must just be a lot more expensive down there because almost every glass I had was rotgut (see dining, below, however). The local beer Sands was good. The hotel doesn’t carry the more poplar local brand, Kalik, but I tried both and found them both to be good. "Oh, the service engineer will be right up!" "Oh, we’d
cheap ray bans be happy to make that change!" "Sure, we can do that!" Unfortunately, they NEVER followed through. Ever. We called to have someone refill our mini bar. They said they’d have someone re stock it (we were desperate for water bottles). No dice. We even tipped the maid staff and left a nice note, asking for more water. No dice. We called to ask questions about church services. They said they’d get back to us with the information. No response. We called to ask if they could replace the brandy in our mini bar with scotch (see my sister, the scotch snob, above). They said, "Sure!" Never happened. One of the last nights we were there, my sister called to request a Band Aid. The front desk initially told her, "Oh, yes, we’ll be right up." After I’d bled all over the bathroom floor (shaving accident) and 20 minutes had passed, she called back, only to be told, "Oh, we can’t supply those. Breakfasts were okay (bacon, link sausage, eggs, etc. plus some really funky stuff, too, like cold cuts. And we’re not talking lox capers seriously, like pepperoni, roast beef slices, etc.). But lunch was an adventure every day. I was very excited to eat the local food. But there was nothing fresh! No fresh seafood (it was breaded fried). No fabulous tropical fruit (it was canned). Our favorite restaurant was Krystal, but Alexander’s, "The Gourmet," was good, too. The Japanese restaurant was mediocre. I told my sister that if one more person called me "Bahama Mama," I was going to lose it! But they were mostly nice, and the Jet Ski guys, in particular, were great. We ended up negotiating with one of them for 2 of us to ride for 35 minutes for $50. The waves knocked you down immediately, so you had to really work at it to enjoy the surf. The first day we were there, a wave knocked my sister down swept away her $200 Ray Bans. Bummer. But the water was GORGEOUS to look at. Really. Just gross. In fact, by the 3rd day we were there, we wouldn’t get in the water because you couldn’t see to the bottom. It appeared to be full of sunscreen and other fluids (see couples hooking up, above). There were several large women who bellied up to the swim up bar early in the morning and never left. They sat there drank all day and couldn’t get up because they’d lose their seats. You do the math: drink all day, stay in one place. Where did they evacuate their bladders? Oh, yeah, my conclusion exactly. who was at the pool every day. The last day we were there, I went up to our room did I mention it was on the 12th floor??? to nap. said and, of course, every note of music she played (I never want to hear a Rihanna song again. Ever). As such, I ended up putting in some ear plugs AND putting the pillow over my head. It’s not for the faint of heart, though. It’s very crowded, and some of the merchants really put on the pressure. We researched it, and the cost of the hotel was essentially the same as ours, but our price included food. We figured it wouldn’t be worth it to stay at Atlantis at the increased total cost. WRONG! We each paid $120 for a day pass to Atlantis, and we had so much fun that we were beginning to think the security guards were going to have to drag us out! The water park was fabulous, the views were astounding, the grounds were breathtaking, the fountains were divine. Even the beach was better Atlantis has built a rock wall around their beach (I’m sure there’s some fancy architectural name for this structure), which kept the waves from beating you to death and also kept out the marine life ever present seaweed. The aquariums were phenomenal (I really wished my 11 year old son had gone with us at that point!). I was so sad my last day because I couldn’t believe that, "This is my vacation." I agree with one of the other reviewers: RIU needs a lot of improvement. If you want to get drunk, hook up with random folks (or your partner), and don’t care about food or noise, this is the place for you. It will NEVER be the place for me again, though. Yech.

Room Tip: Ask for an ocean view room NOT facing the pool.

Was a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews but they must have attitude problems because this place was better than I expected. Only ate at the buffets but was very pleased with the variety and quality. Didn’t notice any smoke in the lobby and never had a problem getting a drink at any of the bars. Take a big insulated cup from home and they will fill it up and save you walks to the pool bar when your on the beach. Beach and pool were cleaned every day and never had a problem getting a chair at the beach or pool. Kids went to Atlantis water park each day ($120 each for day pass) which is right next door. All the staff was friendly. Room overlooked pool and beach. Go with the right attitude and you wont be disappointed. I had no issues.

I’ve stayed at many Riu properties and RIU should be ashamed to put their name on this property much less call it a palace. Honestly, Atlantis should just buy it, revamp it and run it properly. They ARE soooo close together, I don’t see why not. ( see cons)CONS Cleaning lady only once a day/ no turndown service and sometimes you could tell she was in a rush even though she was given a generous tip everyday. Food buffet terrible! a la carte tried gourmet and steakhouse Both yuk. The jet ski people on the beach are VERY aggressive. They practically brawl with eachother for your business and drop F bombs without any regard for small children who are nearby. Then if you say no to one and yes to another, they call you on it like you owe them an explanation. unreal! Most of the drinks are made with sugary syrup in every flavor. I know when I was at the Rius in Mexico and Jamaica, my banana daiquiri’s were made with an actual banana not here! Sweet banana syrup instead. The staff here are not rude but I gotta tell you, they don’t exactly go out of there way to be nice. The hotel didn’t have running water one morning! Ya, that’s right. The pool is VERY small and murky for some reason. The shows are not good. Just walk over to Atlantis for entertainment. The lobby is smoke filled by evening/night. The beach sand is not raked properly every night cause you can always find cups/ cigar butts laying around the next morning. If you HAVE to eat outside, then hope you don’t mind bird poop everywhere. Won’t return.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was nice, but the lobby was always hot. The bar down stairs stays open until the last customer leaves. You can also get your night snacks here. Room service is free. The beach was white, but was always full of liter (plastic cups/straws/etc.)You are literly next door to Atlantis. So our days were spent on the beach and nights at Atlantis. If you go to Atlantis anytime after 9pm, most entry fees to the aquiram is free. The hotel is beach front, so as soon as you walk out of the hotel, there is the beach. THe water was clear, and you can see fish sometimes (mornings). Take bread from the buffet. Do, do the submarine scuba dive, it is amazing, however if you get sea sick easily, take some medications. Do not eat breakfast before it either. This excursion was amazing. The al a cartes food was okay, but The atmosphere was amazing. Do eat before you go to the al a cartes, as they do not give you much food.

The Staff is VERY nice, friendly and always happy. However the resort I didn’t care for much. Drinks are ok, beer SUCKS! I saw a lot of DRUNK people. Some got sick in front of me, pretty gross! Food was ok. You have to wake up SUPER early to get reservations for the restaurants and there was always a HUGE LINE for it. Buffet had lots of choices, just stick to that. When we went it was WINDY so the beach waves were slamming us around. I HATED going on the beach !!! The men and women try to sell you everything!! When you just wanna relax, all you hear is Jet ski’s, hair breading, necklaces, shells, and they come up to you about 20 times a day! They don’t know what NO IS!!! Also I thought everything was included?? not if you want a beach umbrella, they wanted 25 dollars a day. I can understand 10 dollars but 25? thats a lot when you can’t even relax because they try and sell you everything! Im pretty sure they would sell you the sand and the beach water if they could. when we were in the water you would smell the fumes from the jet skis. The hotel (RIU) overall was just ok . We went to
discount ray bans the Atlantis for the day and spent 120 a person which included the water rides, pool and beach. I would rather pay the extra $$
cheap ray bans and stay there next time. It was soo clean and overall a good experience, By the way they Atlantis is right next door. All you have to do it walk to the hotel to the right of the Riu and walk threw it all. The pool at the Riu was just ok also. the Entertainment was annoying because the women would walk around trying to make people play bingo or do other things and, the music would replay threw out the day, change CD’s would ya? The pool was small and dirty, there was always things floating around in it. The rooms were ok. Only thing I liked was the view. I would find spiders everywhere. the Rooms are adjoining rooms and you can hear EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGGGG. I even had the people next door ask which one
cheap ray bans of you was coughing last night? and tell us that they can hear us. really how rude! ? so you don’t get privacy at all. Overall if your young and just want to drink and eat and don’t care for quality then this is the place for you. But I would never come back knowing what I know now.

Room Tip: Don go here not worth the money!

Having stayed at the Riu the year before, we were very excited to return. Unfortunately, the experience was a total disappointment. The room was dirty, the food was terrible and the staff for some reason were extremely moody and turn a deaf ear. Having experienced excellent meals the year before we were questioning whether the chef had gone on vacation and left someone who absolutely had no imagination or desire to cook in charge. The Sports Bar had the most disgusting smell.! The Bar in the foyer had a terrible terrible smell by evening time. The entertainment was beyond terrible. There were sheets in the foyer and into the buffet room. We were told at the front desk that there would be a treat in our room since we were their for a special celebration. Still waiting!! One day we would have a bath mat, the next we would not; one day we would have face towels, the next we would not. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.Articles Connexes:

I say this now because I was watching the game this morning, and it reminded me how much I love that game.

Driving the 2016 model year Volvo VNTruck News

Subtle powertrain and aerodynamic enhancements are expected to deliver a fuel economy improvement of up to 3.5%
Michael kors handbags outlet when the 2016s hit the market early next year

DUBLIN, Va. You’ll have to take a good hard look at the front end of a
Cheap Michael Kors handbags 2016 model year Volvo VNL to notice the subtle design enhancements built into the new models. However, where you’ll really notice the improvements without much effort at all is on your fuel statements and bottom line, where an expected 3.5% fuel economy gain is expected to show up.

Based on US fuel prices of $4 per gallon and averaging 7.5 mpg over 100,000 miles, Volvo says these enhancements can reduce fuel costs by about US$2,000 per year. Bank on a few hundred more if you’re gassing up in Canada.

Of the enhancements that are expected to give you a fuel economy boost, some can be found on the exterior and others under the hood. The 2016 VNL will feature a new bumper design that extends closer to the ground, to deflect more air underneath the steer axle. A patented wing shaped piece has been added to the lower rear portion of the bumper, also to direct air underneath the truck and away from obstructions. And the bumper end caps have been redesigned to guide more air around the vehicle
Michael Kors handbags outlet rather than underneath it. Volvo will continue to offer its back of cab mounted trim tab, which directs air directly onto the top of the trailer for improved flow along the length of the vehicle. New flared chassis fairings offer improved aerodynamics on trucks with short wheelbases by kicking the air away from the wheels and down to the trailer skirts.

The VN670 has been given a standard roof update that more closely mirrors that of Volvo’s fuel economy leader, the VN780. Volvo has updated its chassis packaging by, for example, offering a 50 gallon fuel tank on the right hand side in place of the previous 75 gallon tank used for long haul applications. This provides more flexibility for installing APUs and other equipment along the frame rail.

Underneath the hood, the cooling fan has received a more efficient blade design and a better designed electronic viscous clutch for improved cold start disengagement. The redesigned fan is expected to add a 0.7% fuel economy improvement, said Jason Spence, manager of product marketing with Volvo.

Volvo has also relocated the heat exchanger on its I Shift, bringing it from the radiator to the side of the transmission itself. Spence said this allows Volvo to get the oil up to its ideal operating viscosity more quickly and to more effectively hold it there within a tighter temperature range. It also reduces the amount of tubing required. This should add a 0.3% fuel economy improvement.

Yes, fuel economy gains are now being measured in tenths of a percentage point, but they all add up.

Every Volvo VN will see some or all of the updates described above. The underhood changes will be applied across the board while the aerodynamic enhancements will be given to the models that require them. The VN670 has the most to gain and will receive the full complement of upgrades. Some of these advances, noted Spence, were inspired by Volvo’s DoE Supertruck experience.

Also new for 2016 is adaptive gearing, an extension of Volvo’s popular XE (exceptional efficiency) powertrain package. The XE package downspeeds the engine through a combination of specifications including the D11, D13 or D16 engine coupled with the I Shift transmission with 0.78:1 ratio, fast rear axle ratios and low profile tires. Every 100 rpm of downspeeding translates to a 1.5% fuel economy improvement.

Volvo’s new adaptive gearing option is ideal for fleets that go out loaded and return empty and don’t exceed a GVW of 80,000 lbs. It’s especially effective at higher speeds of 65 70 mph, Volvo claims. This option will have limited appeal in Canada because of our heavier payloads and lower speed limits, but it will still have its place. Bulk, end dump, tanker and flatdeck applications are the best suited for adaptive gearing, explained John Moore, product marketing manager with Volvo.

This graphic shows when XE Adaptive Gearing will deliver the greatest benefit.

"It’s application specific," he said. "We get better numbers when making specific drivetrains for specific applications rather than doing one size fits all."

Adaptive gearing effectively provides the operator with two drivelines in one. Load sensors on the suspension detect when the truck is heavily loaded and instruct the I
Michael Kors handbags outlet Shift to lock out 12th gear, allowing the transmission to run in direct drive 11th gear for improved fuel
michael kors handbags outlet economy with no parasitic losses. Once the truck is unloaded, 12th gear in overdrive is given back to the driver for greater speed and improved efficiency while running empty or lightly loaded. This becomes a racy truck, especially when the I Shift’s Performance Mode is activated. Adaptive gearing will be offered with the D11 and D13 engines with I Shift transmission.

Adaptive gearing works best at speeds of 64 mph or greater. Of course, customers looking for greater fuel economy savings could simply slow down, an observation that wasn’t lost on Volvo’s Spence. But he pointed out many states have speed limits of 70 plus mph and Volvo doesn’t want to preclude itself from selling trucks to those operators who like to run the limit.

"Every truck running down this interstate is running close to the (70 mph) speed limit," he said as we drove down I 81 pulling an empty flatdeck at, well, 70 mph, with an engine speed of just 1,151 rpm. "We design trucks to run 60 65 mph and we spec’ them that way but the reality is trucks run faster than that and we understand that. We want to make sure we can still make efficient trucks that are running faster and we also want to make trucks that are designed to meet operational needs. A lot of guys that buy our trucks run out heavy and come back empty and we’re making trucks that are adaptive to those situations so they get the best
replica Michael Kors handbags fuel economy in all their operations."

I also got to pull a loaded flatdeck grossing 63,500 lbs along the same route to experience the locked out 12th gear. The performance wasn’t lacking in any way, even when deprived of top gear.

Heavy payloads exceeding a GVW of 80,000 lbs, slow road speeds and mountainous terrain will rule out XE Adaptive Gearing from consideration by many Canadian customers, who in most cases will be better served by the XE 16, rated up to 143,000 lbs. Basically, whatever your operation entails, Volvo seems ready with an off the shelf powertrain specification that will work for you right out of the box. It’s the versatility of the I Shift transmission and its integration with the engine and other downstream components that allows this, and Volvo is taking full advantage of the opportunities this integration affords. They’re effectively changing how vehicles are spec’d and taking a lot of the guesswork out of the equation.

A range of powertrain configurations are now available for customers of all types.

A new weapon in Volvo’s arsenal is a recently completed on and off road track outside its New River Valley truck plant. Here, customers and prospective customers who don’t hold a CDL can put new VN and VHD trucks through their paces.

The paved portion is a good place to experience the full range of capabilities offered in the I Shift transmission. For example you can get on the throttle coming out of the turn and quickly reach highway speeds before then channeling the full braking power of the engine brake by pressing down on the control stalk for several seconds. This prompts the I Shift to drop a gear and apply full engine braking, which will virtually bring
Michael Kors handbag outlet the truck to a stop while saving the service brakes.

It’s also
Michael Kors discounts a great place to test the "idle drive" feature. Idle drive comes into play when you want to roll forward at a controlled pace without working the foot pedals. Say you’re in a traffic jam and traffic has slowed to a crawl. You can depress the minus button on the cruise lever for three seconds to enable idle drive and then adjust your speed and gears up and down using the plus and minus buttons on the shifter. This feature works at speeds of up to 7 mph and from first gear through sixth.

Every time I drive a truck with I Shift I find something new to like about it. So do others, apparently. Volvo says 92% of its trucks are now being ordered with Volvo power and 74.7% with the now standard I Shift. Before the I Shift was standardized in early 2013, it had a take rate of about 45%.

In addition to a paved 1.1 mile track, the new Customer Experience Track also provides an off road playground for the VHD vocational truck. Here, you’ll find two 27% grades, a variety of rough, undulating surfaces and various other impediments that will give you pause before proceeding. The I Shift destroyed this course. It wasn’t even difficult. The control the I Shift gives the driver and the resulting confidence it instills will put to rest any notions about this being a purely linehaul product. It’s unnerving to look down a 27% grade, but the I Shift immediately takes control for a slow and methodical descent. Stopping halfway up that same 27% grade seems like a bad idea, but I Shift thinks nothing of it. I realize it’s improper to credit an inanimate object with ‘thinking,’ but the ‘I’ in I Shift stands for ‘intelligence’ and it’s obvious why.

Volvo’s latest innovation XE Adaptive Gearing will likely be a niche specification within the Canadian marketplace, but the majority of the improvements built into the 2016 model year VN will be enjoyed by all customers. The new trucks will go on sale in early 2015.Articles Connexes:

Skinny Calf Boots

Here are the labels to hunt for if you’ve got thin calvesAre there certain manufacturers that specialize in skinny calf boots? Mostly, the answer is no. Many fabulous brands carry a style or two with a calf circumference under 14 inches but cut most of their boots 15 inches around the calf. However, if you research this as much as I have over the past three years, some makers do emerge as specialists of sorts in the thin calf boot arena. Luckily, they make gorgeous boots in all sorts of styles.

Here, my top dozen boot heroes for slim legged shoppers who need boots with a calf circumference of 13.75 inches or smaller.

(Pictured at right: Aquatalia almost always has at least a few styles like the Oralie, shown here on my 12 inch calves available with smaller than average calf circumferences. And, happily, the brand weatherproofs most of its styles too.)

AquataliaPerhaps the most diverse brand on the list, Aquatalia runs the gamut from sleek heels to sweater topped snowboots but is best known for combining fashion function through its waterproofing/weatherproofing process. PS Dutchess of Cambridge Kate wears this label, so you know it’s slim calf friendly!

Aquatalia by Marvin K. Women’s Oralie Equestrian Boot,Black Calf Elastic,8 M USThis style features a 13.5 inch
cheap Michael kors handbags outlet calf circumference and a pretty quilted look at the heel.

FryeFounded in 1863, Frye is a deservedly prestigious brand. The dream boots of many a stylish woman, known for just getting better with age. People collect Fryes, and that includes the slim calved. Besides these styles, check out the Carson for
Michael Kors handbags outlet streamlined urban cowgirl appeal and the Sabrina Stitch Inside Zip with its sexy but wearable 2 1/2 inch heel. For extra thin legs, look for the Frye Melissa
cheap Michael Kors tall laceup boot, which is only 13 inches around and can be tightened even more, of course, through the laces.

Another Frye supposedly featuring a 13 circumference is the Philip Tall Harness. I actually ordered that one and was sent the extended calf version by mistake. It did match its posted measurements perfectly, so that gives me hope that the normal calf Phillip
cheap Michael Kors really is around 13".

FRYE Women’s Riding Chelsea Boot, Cognac, 9.5 M USThis boot lists a 13 inch circumference, which was the midcalf measurement I got when I tried it on. The top opening in my size (7 1/2) was 14, allowing room for jeans. A great, classic option for those with thin legs.

Another excellent pick is the Frye Melissa Tall Riding, shown below on me. The "camel" color is particularly gorgeous.

BlondoKnown for high quality weatherproof leather and suede, this brand is like a more affordable (albeit not cheap) version of Aquatalia. Most Blondo boots are on the slim side of average 14 to 14.5 inches around but every year there are a few treasures in the under 14 range.

Blondo Women’s Verga Boot,Black Nativo,8.5 M
cheap Michael Kors handbags outlet USThis may be the most promising Blondo style for 2014, with a calf circumference of 13 3/4 inches (per the company) and some excellent reviews from skinny calved women.

3 Key MeasurementsWhen you see "circumference," that’s often for boot opening up top. But 2 other figures affect how fitted it will look: The midcalf measurement, 10 12 inches from bottom of foot, which is the widest part of the calf for most women. And the ankle measurement 11" is reportedly average for this, but many of us thinner legged gals have 8 inch or smaller ankles, and that matters for boot fit. Unfortunately, retailers almost never give us all 3 figures, so some trial and error is inevitable.

CoclicoA fourth generation French shoemaker pairs inspiration from nature with city girl chic. The Ramona has one of the smallest calf circumferences I’ve ever been able to find. You can also search for the Seaghan and Ramona by Coclico, possibly available in very limited sizes.

Coclico Women’s Sage Riding
fake Michael Kors Boot,Suede Schist,38.5 EU/8 B USI think this is my most coveted boot for fall/winter 2014, though I would need to waterproof spray the heck out of it to survive Chicago weather. Lists a 13.5"
Michael Kors discounts circumference, and so chic.

Sesto MeucciI’ve just discovered this Florence, Italy, label within the past couple of years and recently had the opportunity to try on two of its these boots. Gorgeous! Both are slimmer than their listed measurements indicate, because they both have adjustable features. The Boyle can be tightened significantly at the ankle with its leather lacing, while the Boomer (at this point, you’ll need to check ebay for this popular style) can be tightened in the midcalf through top opening area through it’s double buckle feature in back, though if your legs are as thin as mine, it will require that an extra hole be punched in the leather straps. Luckily, a cobbler can do this cheaply and easily.

Donald J Pliner Women’s Nellie Riding Boot,Black,8 M USI can’t believe there are still some Nellies left! It’s really a fab boot, and very long and lean.

VaneliHere’s a brand I learned about only through researching slim calf boots. I like how they tweak the classics while keeping mindful of comfort durability.

Small calf styles: The Rian, the Jaiden, the Gabbey the Radon (at left, on me)

Just tried on a pair of boots this weekend at Nordstroms. My calves are 12 1/2 inches and I wear an 8 1/2 to a 9. The boot was Aquatalia by Marvin K ‘Under’ . Is the first boot I have
Michael Kors handbags EVER tried on that actually just about touched my calf all the way around. It looked normal. If they hadn’t been $575 dollars and would have bought them in a heartbeat. But if people have the money this is definitely a small calved boot.Articles Connexes:
